Very good work by Jake Blake and his crew. Rats in your attic scratching around up there? Better call Rodent Control. If you call one of the big pest companies like Orkin etc you’re not going to get the job done completely. All possible rat entry and exit points have to be sealed or screened off. It’s not just a matter of setting traps.

So far so good! I spoke with three vendors about rather insistent sounds coming from the attic. I assumed they were raccoons but it turns out the house has an established rat infestation. Lee was my point person and he was great with communication from the start. He came to do an inspection and was very observant about the numerous weak spots leading to the basement and attic and explained rat behavior and how his team would manage a complete sealing/baiting and trapping plan. I really appreciated his clear logic and transparency of Rodent Control Inc’s guarantee. His enthusiasm for his work sets a tone for the team and for a positive outcome for the customer. Today Lee and a team of three replaced broken grids to the crawl space, attic and roof pipes, even a compromised basement door. They will return soon to check on the progress of the situation. Everyone who worked at the house was kind, friendly, and respectful of mask wearing. Supplies and materials were cleaned up carefully. I look forward to the next stages, but I feel that Rodent control inc and Lee are invested in a good outcome and are dedicated to it.

We had been hearing noises in our attic at night and suspected that rats had managed to get in there. We wanted the problem taken care of right away, and looked for a company that could handle everything, do a quality job for a fair price. and give us peace of mind. Our experience with Rodent Control was outstanding, from the first call to set up an inspection, all the way through to the completed work. Lee was able to meet with us soon after we called, arriving for our appointment on time and listening to all our concerns.. His inspection was very thorough and professional, giving us lots of great information and reassuring us that he and his team would take care of our issue. His follow through after that was excellent, getting us on their calendar quickly. His team (Julio plus one other young man whose name I am so sorry I can't remember) was also excellent. They were professional, friendly, considerate and eager to do an excellent job. We were so pleased with everything they did to secure the outside of the house, build new frames for some of the vents, sanitize, clean the basement, etc. At the end of the day Lee made sure we were satisfied and reviewed all the work that had been done plus next steps when they return in another week or so. We highly recommend Lee and Rodent Control for any pest issues you may have.
